Collecting payments
- You may choose to pay the service provider directly at the time the service is delivered, or make payment electronically through the Al-Tujjar platform (altujar.bh) and its digital applications, including any applicable taxes. You agree to make all payments on time.
- The Al-Tujjar platform and its digital applications reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine, modify, or remove any fees. We may also offer promotions or discounts that may affect the total amount payable. Refund Policy
Refund Policy
The fees you pay are final and non-refundable, unless the Al-Tujjar Digital Platform specifies otherwise .
If there is a reason to refund the money, it will refund the money using the same payment method .
The user is entitled to a full refund if :
– The request is canceled before the scheduled appointment.
– The service provider canceled or did not show up at the appointment for which the user paid .
Compliance
The user must comply with these Terms and all policies referenced on the Al-Tujjar platform, in addition to all applicable laws and regulations.
User registration
platform and its digital applications do not have to register in order to visit the website or request services .
Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
The platform does not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date. The information is provided for general purposes only, and any reliance on it is at the user’s own responsibility.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain . You also expressly and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain
Miscellaneous provisions
We may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, or by operation of law or for any other reason .
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision .
Terms , together with the End User Agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Manasa Bahrain lawyers and its digital applications
