Using Altujar
The platform prepares, submits and follows up commercial transactions. Approvals and decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant government authorities. The platform must be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Requests and supporting documents
Applicants must provide accurate information, valid documents and any authorisations required to deliver the service. Additional documents or information may be requested before or during processing. The client is responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate submissions.
Fees and payments
Service fees and government fees are explained before payment is approved. Services requiring individual pricing are subject to a quotation, and clients are informed of additional charges requiring their approval. Work begins according to the requirements and payment terms agreed for the request.
Transaction completion times
Displayed timeframes are estimates and may depend on complete documentation and reviews by the relevant authorities. Submission does not guarantee government approval. Clients are informed of updates relating to their transactions.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund & cancellation policy, taking into account the stage of the service and fees paid to external bodies. Membership benefits and use are subject to the plan terms displayed at subscription.
Accounts and applicable law
Users must keep their login details confidential and must not misuse the platform. Accounts may be suspended or requests stopped if they breach applicable laws or these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are referred to its competent authorities, without limiting rights provided by applicable law.
